What the Automobile Industry is Saying about this Dealership Success Guide I have been working with Chuck through his dealership leadership courses and sales process training for some time now. His differntial approach is refreshing and gets quick results. My direct experience with his approach is I have taken a Honda dealership from being 9th in our District and 16th in our Zone to #1 in our District and #1 in our Zone in a short period of time. Chuck's curriculum is easy to follow and is totally different than all the "car guy" material which has been taught for too many years.
