During the 17 years of providing consulting and training services to the automobile industry through the Impact Marketing & Consulting Group, LLC, the Impact Summit Dealership Success Guide came to fruition due to the current large demand for quality professional ‘in-dealership’ training now needed in the automobile industry. It took one year of extensive research, analyzing and writing to accomplish this 118 page published in-house training guide to enable dealerships grow their store by growing their people.
This need has risen due in large part by consumers requiring a more professional approach from sales consultants assisting them with their vehicular selection process. Simply ask 10 people the first thoughts that come to their mind when you say ‘car salesman’ and you will see the need for enhanced professional training techniques. Because of our experience and trust based business dealership relationships, we felt we were well equipped to understand the various dealership's needs and began instructing dealerships how to train their sales team for this new market place.
Integrity based services has allowed Chuck Barker to begin developing the Fortune 200 techniques that gained respect from his peers, and motivated the people serving under him to constantly strive to better themselves. These principles have now turned into the foundation of the Impact Summit Dealership Success Guide curriculum.
Chuck is also a member of AAISP, the Association of Automobile Internet Sales Professionals, organized and sponsored by Dealer Magazine. AAISP's membership includes internet sales managers, dealer/principal/owners, service providers and a slew of industry professionals all of whom provide wisdom and services to the automobile industry. AAISP has very high standards and is nationally recognized as the industry leader in the formulation of new enhancements to the internet business as it affects the dealerships.
